“He sure tells you a lot, then,” Teddy smirked. “Mind you, he didn’t even bother telling me I was basically a gift for his girlfriend when he dragged me over here. Anyway, this place has grown on me — some people can’t stand the rain, but not me. I’m all for it, after that endless heat.”
