The truth was,  Callie made her want to
pick up her heart and run for  tomorrow 
each  time  she  opened  that  beautiful 
mouth. Teddy  feared these uncharted
waters — and for a person who prided
herself  on  her  bravery,  it  just  didn’t 
settle with her well. 

            “Nothing’s  wrong,”  Teddy said, forcing
            herself to look Callie in the eye. “I don’t
            know what you’re talking about.”
